First time I went to the exacavetor and this played I was legit surprised and stunned from the song having that more industrial metal feel to it than all the others more tribal songs in rust really gives you the perfect feeling of the giant exacavetor and that the monument is unlike the others alive

Rust songs are badass. First time i hear this at night time in server and i was making ambush near to excavator hiding in the dark and waiting for my prey. Then suddenly this song started. That was fucking pure action feeling.

the feeling of making preperations for nearly 2 hours in order to gear up to visit excavator for the first time, finding out that we're also being ambushed by another player there and this music kicks in, havent had a moment that felt like that in a video game in a long time

I was leaving excavator put with my teammate for the first time having just wiped out all the enemies in the area…… then the music hit. Shit felt like a damn movie….. brought tears to my eyes. Love this song!

this is the best monument not because of the music but because of his function
not many ppl know about this :
there is 32 scientists
all of them have oil rig loot
there is an recycler so you can recycle all the comps that you get on scientists
you can mine every ore

but the only problem is :
easy to counter because you dont need any vechicle
everyone can see the excavator mining
huge fps drop
