I really want to know who at mojang thought the phantom was a good idea. It is the most annoying mob in minecraft in my opinion. The game literally punishes you for not sleeping now which is so unbelievably irritating to me. I don't want to have to sleep when I'm building something and don't want to waste extra time running to my bed and sleeping just because a flying undead mob wants to fuck me over. I despise phantoms with a passion.

so like what if I'm under water? would I be safe or are they not afraid of water? I am doing a challenge where I mostly stay at sea and that got me to wonder, if I held my breath would I be safe or are they able to withstand anything?

dose the insomnia rule apply at any time or is it only for the first time you start the world? for example if i start a world but sleep on the first night then after that don´t sleep for three nights can they still spawn?
