So looks like overall even with the talisman and shield you're only getting around 1 second faster recharge; imo probably not worth it if you're decent at managing your stamina when the slot could be used for damage or survival. but that's just my opinion!

I've found that stamina regen in Elden Ring is far better than any previous Souls game which is fantastic because it opens up a talisman slot
