I'm on 25s and able to do 30s. Was barely able to do the 30s a few months ago and now I'm getting fulls sets in. Man the progress is such a mental high. Good luck to you folks.

I can't tell you how happy I am to see someone advocating the value of proper form instead of just swinging around big weights. PRs are a good measure of absolute strength, but ego lifting can get people really hurt. New sub.

The best advice someone gave me for doing better curls and reaching higher weight was to train my forearms as well.
