Cebu has great spicy Muslim food like Pater sa tisa i get full meal for less than 2 dollars per meal, has great WHITE SAND beaches north and south cebu, Bantayan island had free ambulance when i had jellyfish sting, has a lot of SM, supermarket, and banks, have the best festival Sinulog, and people know how to respect privacy unlike in metro manila, and also condo prices are wayyy cheaper you can live for 200-400 usd/month, if you choose house in the provunces then it would be bigger for the same cost

Cebu has a good healthcare hospital options not only Cebu Doctors University Hospital but also a hotel kind hospital like UC Med, Chong Hua Hospital and for not so critical disease Maayo Hospital could also be a choice with modern diagnostic facility.

No. You stay or just stay in BGC. Cebu is okay without you. No need to compare both or any part in the Philippines.

If you dont have at least $2000 of renewable income and adequate Philippines based healthcare then think real hard before you make the decision..
