Little wonders like this delight the soul. When out in nature take your time to be mindful of the detail in the world around you, view your walk as a mediation in nature. You will be amazed at what you see, at what you hear, the #naturesounds you will hear will have wonderful subtleties of sound, barely audible but there none the less, completing the soundscape. This sound will shift and change as you move through the landscape, become aware of these changes. The scents on the air will also shift, high notes and low notes interchanging. Take your time, become aware of all that there is to experience. Your mind will thank you for it.
