Make yor glutes bigger, man (deeper squats for hipertrophy). Would help within acceleration. Also I would consider some more specific exercises to work on pushing (stricking) like scorpion or donkey glute kick (raise) or cable glute kickback (or similar variations), lock and hold different knee angles (shouldn't be floating, like knee joint (ligaments and tendons) is working in isometric manner and glutes in eccentric-concentric), so you will be able to control it in acc phase and keep centre of mass stable and gradually smoothly increase with acc distance (like a plan on take off).
