Salsa recipe:
*makes 4 pints*
2 quarts (64oz) peeled, whole tomatoes
3 Serrano peppers or 2 jalapeños - adjust to your preferred level of spice
1 poblano pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
1 cup chopped cilantro - leaves & stems
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin

Blend everything & serve fresh or water bath can

Try roasting tomatoes jalapeño white onion garlic peppers on cookie sheet i do 350 30 mins then broil 15-20 mins. Add tablespoon salt. Tablespoon Cumin. 1/4 cup lime. Then blend

Did you add vinegar to adjust the acidity for canning? I have about the same amount of tomatoes but I don’t know how much vinegar to add and I sure don’t want to ruin my salsa! Thank you!
