Link is 1.536 Mbps, but we are using TDM with 24 slots, and each circuit uses one time slot. So we have 1 time slot Link rate = 1.536/24=64Kbps. So to transfer 640 Kb over 64Kbps effective speed, we have 10 seconds + initial End-End connection = 10.5 Seconds
