At 4:40 Chris says "that's the knife that fell on the floor!" so he chooses not to eat the sandwich understandably.
Question is Chris eats alot of food at many stalls but how does he know if the utensils have already been dropped before he gets to the stall?? have the utensils been washed, has the shop keeper got clean hands etc? In this case he saw what happened but in every other case he doesn't know but still is happy to eat ??
Anybody from outside the country eating at these stalls is taking a risk anyway even though they keep on telling everybody how delicious the food is!

When in Mumbai or Pune you must try authetic Maharashtrian items like 'Puran Poli' with 'Kataachi Aamti'. And also 'Ukadiche Modak'. They are delicious.
