I tried Indian food for the first time and I assure you it definitely won’t be my last! I noted down all your recommendations in the comments <33

As for the food names, they are all taken from the menu of the restaurant I was dining in. Such as Paneer being cottage cheese, or Pani Pori instead of Pani Puri. I thought it would be safest to follow the menu haha

I saw a lot of comments (some hate comments too lol) about me not using my hands. I was concerned about cutlery but at the Indian restaurant all the Indians there were using cutlery so I thought I best follow them. But I’ll definitely try using my hands next time (I heard it tastes even better that way 🤭).

hate how people would be like "damn there's no recognition to indian food, it's so underrated" and when influencers DO try indian food, everyone says "oh that's not the right way to do it, stop embarrassing yourself" "ofc you chose butter chicken" etc. It's their first time, and they're choosing the widely known dishes that are available to them.
