How to Make a Randomizer Circuit in Minecraft!

preview_player
Показать описание
In this Minecraft Bedrock Edition (Xbox/ MCPE/ Windows 10/ Switch) redstone tutorial I show you how to make a simple randomizer circuit!

This redstone randomizer gives a random output that can be used as an item dispenser to give random items, or as a redstone game!

The redstone randomizer can be made in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition of Minecraft as this redstone tutorial doesn't have any Bedrock exclusive redstone features.

Thanks for the tutorial, I wanted my base to have power that drains as I use things I'm my base that use redstone like auto smelters, auto brewers, doors, etc then if it runs out the lights shut off and things like that get shut down (so kind of similar to a living base) so I wanted it hooked to a randomizer so it only occasionally uses power, and it works really well only hooked it up to a door that I have pressure plates on just to test, and it worked great, so I'll just need to hook it up to other contraptions that use 'power'.

This is exactly what I was looking for, cleverly explained and built. Love it!

I'm using this as part of my living base (or really just powered base because I just feed a 'generator' charcoal) when I use things that take power (walk on a pressure plate, use auto smelter, that stuff) it randomly has a chance to use up some of the power then when it runs out the lights and automatic stuff is shut off.

This is really useful because I’m rebuilding the Temple Of Notch and I really need a randomizer

Another thing you can do is make it so it has like a 1% chance. More stackable items = less chance. More non stackable = higher the chance.

If you wanted to make a randomizer with more than 2 outputs. All you have to do is take the outputs from this randomizer and connect them to another model to get 4 different outputs. :)

Am I evil if I attach this to a trapped chest, and instead of lamps I put high pitched note block so whenever my friend opens the chest it plays a annoying sound

Does your older design still work? It's easier to chain.

Tried it out and also you don't just have to make it 50/50 you could make it a 1/9 chance by filling the dropper slots with different items that stack to 64 and have one unstackable item

Pretty good at randomizing whether or not it just shits out the item, and not much else.

thanks man. I created a slot machine using this, I’ll upload a video of it later. Could you help me with making it so if all three red stone lamps are lit up, a dispenser would drop an item? I know how to do it but my red stone is too cluttered and messy.
