Don't ever think you're safe when a tornado picks up like that it can drop down anywhere including right onto your house, tornadoes jump.

Ya'll I live in Alabama. My husband and I were volunteer firefighters/first responders when an EF 4 Tornado hit our area. Total devastation. I will NEVER forget the smell of death that was in the air while we were searching for survivors. Seeing whole neighborhoods wiped out, pictures, toys, clothes, personal belongings strewn all over the place. The whole time you're praying that the people that owned these things were safe somewhere.

My neighborhood. Watched this from my backyard. Thankfully an EF-1 and it missed most of the occupied residential areas. Those apartments were unoccupied and under construction.

I've been through some fairly large earthquakes beginning in 1971, and also evacuated horses from flooding, and also from wildfires descending upon us, with the choking smoke, and burning embers are raining but you couldnt pay me enough to live where there are tornados like are terrifying!

i lived in Greenwood for many years when I was Young. I will always hold Greenwood in my heart.
Tragically the same area this summer suffered 3 tornadic storms in a 2 month period. It has been very devastating on this area. Please keep them in your prayers.

All i can say is it was sunny and boom out of nowhere a tornado hits a few miles from my house i was like bro 15 minutes ago it was clear i was just outside mowing the lawn
