INCREDIBLE Lake Baikal - World's Largest Lake | Russia Travel Vlog (w/ DJI Mavic Mini)

We took a day trip from Irkutsk to explore Lake Baikal, the world's largest freshwater lake (by volume). What we found was the most beautiful landscape we had come across yet!

Lake Baikal is a a jewel of Russia and not one to be missed. In fact, we decided that we want to come back to explore in the summer AND winter when the lake is completely frozen over.

We also had the chance to fly the drone safely in this large open landscape and we were blown away by how well the DJI Mavic Mini performs in such cold temperatures. Below freezing and the drone ran like a dream!

Watch til the end where we got to witness (and capture) one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen.

in the summer this place is really beautifull too. There are couple interesting things in Baikal:
Olhon Island - the biggest island on this lake. You should take an excoursion there and go to the north part of this island.
КБЖД - Circly Baikal Train Road around the part of the lake. You can take an excoursion by train and see many beautifull places during just a one day.
