I thought the fitness test included a sled-pull, hand release push ups, 2 mile run, and a couple other things but not what you're describing here

I’m currently serving, been in 8 years but I know for a fact I didn’t disclose some of my childhood medical history (ear infection that required tubes in ear, they’re already out, dislocated shoulder, etc.) If I put in a packet for SF will they scan my entire medical history again and see the stuff i didn’t report and discharge me or how’s that work?
