I know you may not respond here you're a busy man but wanted to say thanks for the inspiration. Also thank you for including vegan recipes.. I'm vegan for both cultural and health reasons.. so I tend to veganise some of your dishes (loved your veganuary video this year) for the fritata can i sub aguafaba for the egg ? I guess some egg replacer or vegan egg. I cant have gluten and getting the right blend.. as I can't have simple white carbohydrates like white bread flour rice pasta. This is my weakest area but I'm learning, , Are you planning on doing any vegan and gluten free dishes? Many thanks in advance from south east London ❤✌🏽🙏🏽🌱☘️
