Bought this system about a year ago and have used it nearly every day since. Love it. Has helped with shoulder/elbow/neck pain I had been experiencing.
Btw: love you channel and your podcast. Super helpful info as I’m a new bowhunter.
Cheers,

I bought the crossover system because of your recommendation, and because I have bad shoulders from my time in the army. They are a great piece of equipment, highly recommend.

Good work out, over time this will help smoother drawing, and help keep those pins stay a little steadier on target.

Do you have an archery gymnastic rings work out? I have gym rings suspended from my doorway pull up bar with the rings about door knob level. The best archery exercise I have found is crossed rows with 2-4 second pause, body facing ceiling back straight with feet flat on ground and knees bent, palms facing feet. Really feel it in the key archery muscles and also great for the core/abs. For extra challenge lower the rings a few inches more and/or full plank (tough on the heels though).

Pull ups and press ups will work as well?
I don't have set up like this.
And I have kettlebell at home.
Kind regards Robert.

Excellent work and advice. Sadly people forget about those important muscle groups and focus mostly on biceps 💪🏻 triceps, quads and calves 🦵🏻. But as archers we actually draw with our shoulders and lats. 🏹 My gym has similar bands but no connection points like in this video.

Thanks for this video. I'm a brown belt in Jiu jitsu and have pretty good grip/shoulder strength. But this workout got me blasted. I'm sure it will help my archery. thanks again!!

Dan, quick ?, is there a good source of printable illustrations that I can print out to put on the wall so I can remember how to do these? This is something I really need to address, is building the shoulders back up. Thanks for all the great videos.

Looks very similar to the exercises I do for PT for my shoulder impingement. What are your thoughts?
Do you have any suggestions for dumbbell work?
Thanks.

Where do you get bands like that? I have both a cable weight machine and some powerband I can do some of this stuff right now I am seven weeks from shoulder replacement and can't really do them. I would like to strengthen my shoulders so I can keep shooting
