How long can a property owner be delinquent until the county pushes for an auction? For example, why are some properties 2 years in arrears while others are only delinquent by 1 year?

Question, is there ever a mortgage on the property that you buy the redeemable deeds for in GA and if so are you, the new buyer of the redeemable deed responsible for that hypothetical mortgage if you were to take possession of the property?

If the person does not pay off the tax deed in the 365 and you forclose on the property, does that wipe out the mortgage or would I be on the hook for that as well?

Hi Ted, who is responsible for paying the taxes once the redeemable deed has been purchased? If the homeowner doesn't pay do you get the home free of the mortgage amount owed?

This sounds really good, but I have 3 Questions: 1) When I Buy the Tax Lien the U$5000, 00 for 18% a Year and I Received the My Gain( U$900, , 00), i HAVE PaY the TAX up the Investiment for this Gain? ...The question 2 ) is : The foreigner Investor have the Open Company( LLC ) in the EUA for the make this business? an the question 3) is: I Can Pay this Tax Lien by Credit Card or only accept transfer by Bank Account?
