Sydney police prepare for pro-Palestine weekend protests

Sydney police are preparing for the biggest protests since the war in the Middle East began.

Palestinian and Israeli supporters are set to hold demonstrations on Sunday.

Both sides held smaller rallies on Friday where Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was singled out for supporting Israel.

Tensions have heightened between Muslims and Jewish people across the world following Israel’s declaration of war on Hamas.

Israel declared war on Hamas after the Palestinian terrorist group fired thousands of rockets as far north as Tel Aviv on October 7.

That senior government minister, Tony Burke is an absolute turd & Albo isn’t on Israel’s side at all, he reluctantly said that Israel had a right to defend itself because he was forced to say it because Israel is an allied country of Aust which wasn’t his choice, if it was we wouldn’t be, why do you think he refuses to call or go to Israel like every other allied country has. Albo has himself protested & spoken at pro Palestinian rallies many years ago before this current mess, it just shows how stupid to protest outside his electorate office not knowing he’s already pro Palestine.
