From a guy who has a very little hair left, you grow your hair long because you can. I am jealous at 60. Nice review on the filter wheel just picked up one today just waiting on the filters

I recommend placing filters in with gloves.

Thank you for this video Bill. I have a purely aesthetic question for ya. I have an Askar fra600 refractor and after seeing the size of the 2" filter wheel, I'm a bit paranoid that it will look ridiculous (i.e. Kind of like having a sleek scope with a Frisbee attached to the back) The unmounted 36 mm is an inch smaller in diameter and, of course has a few drawbacks. Should I stop being so superficial and go for the 2" ? Do you think it offers a significant long term benefit? Just looking for your opinion, I know there isn't an objective answer to my query. And keep up the great tutorials.

Yeah it’s huge, I don’t want to invest in anything other than 2” filters though… Appreciate the look at at…

Love the "sex in the city" themed intro music..
I just picked(ordered- awaiting arrival) up and anxious to get this all started. the manual or for the wheel could be a lot better. I found one online I just hope it's the right one.

What is the diameter of the hole on the lid of the filter wheel? Is it M54?
