See, when we fat girls get “skinny” we’re really the ones to look out for because we had to learn to have bomb-ass personalities and senses of humor because we were never the “hot friend”. 😂 So then we become the whole package lol

The beach set up is beautiful (not loud at all) and so are you!

I’m currently 205lbs and have never felt more miserable in my life. I’m starting a new weight loss program this weekend with the help of my doctor and a personal trainer because I’ve finally had it. I just want to be healthy. This is so inspirational because I too suffer from social anxiety.

This is inspiration! I’m 28 days into my weight loss journey and I’ve officially lost 10 lbs ❤️ more importantly, I’m the happiest I’ve been in a VERY long time☺️ feeling proud of myself.

It’s not often you see a video of someone being completely transparent about their health journey. Hearing all the ups and downs you went through was very relatable. I feel like many people can understand it is not easy to find what is best when it comes to health and fitness. Thank you for being honest and sharing your story!

I swear us bigger girls have A1 personalities, the self depreciation jokes are always amazing

I’m so proud of you! Do it while you are young...I just turned 70 last week and have struggled all my life with weight and self image! Pat yourself on the back! 🎉🎉

As a Registered Dietitian, I can’t thank you enough for all of your disclaimers at the beginning of this video. 💚 Also, forgiveness is so underrated, yet so necessary.

“I didn’t want to go into the next chapter feeling like all I had to go off of was my incredible personality” 🤣🤣 loved that!! Thanks for sharing, this is super inspiring for my own journey 💕

I, quite literally, cannot tell you how much this resonates with me. I turned 40 in December and in all my years, I can only recall 2 years of a healthy relationship with food; every other year was filled with binging, restricting, etc. I just started WW (Blue, too) two weeks ago and right now, it feels like a lifeline.

Thank you for this. xo

I did something similar, I weighed 182 lbs (which was high for me), so I just started to cook a whole chicken every Monday, have that for lunch throughout the week with vegetables and a little wholegrain rice and quinoa. Did a 5k run 3 times a week (brisk walks of about 4k on my off days) and so far (after about 6 weeks) I've lost 14 lbs. I still allow myself cheat days at the weekend, the odd takeaway but it feels sustainable. Slow and steady wins the race!

This is some of the best weight loss advice I've heard on youtube. And I watch a lot of weight loss videos. How you stress that no one is perfect, and that overcoming eating disorders is a process is so very important for people to hear. Congratulations on your success!

Really appreciate you sharing your struggles. I too have lost and gained over 30-40 lbs several times and have come to the heaviest weight in my life and got stuck here. Most people don't care about eating disorders for heavy girls. No one can believe you would have a restrictive eating disorder. I have ate 800 cals a day for several months and lost a puny 10 lbs or so in that time while exercising and stopping that gained back 30lbs. No one gets it. Your story is motivational. Genuinely so! Thanks
