I was caught up in Seventh Day Adventism for a few years. It was very common within that group of people to be obsessed with hidden meanings, occult symbols etc. Now that I'm out of all that I look back and just think... Ugh. My faith was so shallow that I spent more time trying to "expose" symbols like the one in the studio than I did giving people the Gospel, or studying the Word.

I'm just thankful that God was patient with me, and that the Christians that now fellowship with me are patient with me as I learn to move away from that kind of mindset.

Let me first say I appreciate your ministry and the way you go out to the streets and preach the gospel is inspiring. I haven’t seen anyone who is lovingly logical with people out on the street. The sermons I have watched are also great! But my first gut feeling when I saw the set was eerie. With the symbol placed over your head and that lighting.... I'm so sorry for the person who thinks red is the color for Lucifer it is not.... the world teacher says and thank you for explaining it when I got married I got married in a red dress. And I've had cancer twice in my life I was not supposed to live to be 5 years old so I wore a red dress in represented in Christ Jesus in the blood that was shed for me to give me a second chance in life and that's why I wore a red dress to represent my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who died on the cross for me and gave me life and who has showed me so much love and sovereignty throughout my life I am now 52 years old by the grace of God and I did not supposed to live to 5 years old God is incredible and immensely amazing

You didnt address why you use the triqueta symbol? It is a celtic pagan symbol. It is a focal point in the studio so it is worth explaining it to the audience....I get that you guys are trying to appeal to a young audience but it is possible that you are going overboard and may mislead the young...For example, you have that sign "babies are murdered here", that sign is appropriate in the street protesting but in the studio? You could have a more Biblical message that everyone can see, this sign can be misinterpreted as if babies are being murdered in your studio and in sync with all the other symbols, paintings and lighting it appears as if you are trying too hard to be cool instead of just being simple and pleasing Jesus

So, before I even comment, I'd like to say that I agree that there are wayy too many "overly superstitious" Christians. Even after recognizing that fact, I still must say I've always been extremely curious as to why y'all use that symbol. It's never been so important to me that I've ever felt the need to address it or even comment about it, though I remained curious. Although curious, I've always judged the fruits of these videos, rather than pure "gut-reaction" to symbols seen.

All that being said, this video only merely claims that this was the symbol of the holy trinity, it never spoke any further on it, such as it's history, origin, and locations where it's been used. Admittedly, I've seen it used by people many times over, who claim it represents the holy trinity. But to think more clearly and openly about it; I've also seen the "Eye of Horus" used by people whom claimed it to represent the Christian God, and yet historically, this simply isn't accurate. I guess my point is, we can verify that the trinity symbol used here, historically, has indeed been used in pagan, even purely satanic rituals. As far as all research online states, it seems likely to be Celtic in origin, and it's design would certainly reflect that, making it in my personal opinion, not worthy of use. Good program though, you guys do good work ;)

I’m sure the use of the triqueta is an honest attempt to represent the Trinity. That being said, why use it? Why not simply use the cross or nothing at all, as it may become a stumbling block to some. The origins of this symbol certainly are not Christian. In this time of ambiguity and distrust among different movements within the church (Hillsong, Jesus Culture, etc.) why not keep visual representations as clear and unambiguous as Jeff’s solid teaching?

We also need to be careful as there is no scripture that suggests Yahweh likes us turning pagan practices and 'christianising' them e.g. Christmas/easter
