I think there's always gonna be an aesthetic for skinny jeans for men, even if it's not trending. As a woman, I found them in high school and still wear them lol. Interesting to see how much of a difference there is.

I’m a well traveled guy and I have some hot takes regarding skinny jeans. i I think ditching skinny jeans is almost an American thing only, even during the previous years, most Americans wore straight ( not even slim) jeans only. I have been to Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Czech, Portugal, Hungary, Italy, Turkey, Albania, Morocco and Algeria. And minus UK, Ireland, Germany, other countries wear skinny jeans like crazy, especially among men. And most like skin tight so even beyond the territory of skinny jeans. And I have noticed that the standards of skinny or slim jeans in America are also very different, compared to those countries I have mentioned, skinny jeans in America are not skinny at all. Instead, they are more like straight leg, and slim to the best.

Depends on body type and composition...I'm slim straight through and through. Anything tighter and I look awkward like a curvy girl, anything baggier and I look frumpy like my 68 year old uncle. Anything REALLY baggy, and I look like the 90s/early 2000s kid that I used to be...and why in the hell would a grown 38 year old adult want to dress the same as he did when he was in high school, lol?

Just saying...I work out daily and care about myself, I want to look like the grown man that I am and not like a kid; so I'm always trending towards fitted and that's that. The whole super baggy thing is all over high school and college aged girls in particular...why would you want to join that demographic in how you look as either a 30+ year old man or woman?

Gotta do what suits you...I also can't stand baggy pants that cover shoes up. I'm always going to cuff or stack jeans/dress pants/whatever to play off of matching shoes. Why would you want to literally cover up your nice shoes and even have part of your pants dragging through mud puddles in the rain? Again...90s kid lessons learned; screw going back to that as a grown adult.

No need to see JNCOs again, and I laugh at all the kiddos out there who are going to look back and cringe at themselves one day and wonder what in the hell they were thinking...because that's what we Millenials and Gen Xers all do 😅
