At a stage of our lives, many people give up on their dreams and goals. In this video, I’ll share why I think they should stop using age as an excuse, and go for whatever it is that they want out of life.

I think the “age” question is always there and we get reminded about it, but I think age is no barrier for achieving anything you want, and I remember when I was young there was always peer pressure about age, it seems we get reminded about it all the time, but to me I never let it get me down, 👍

David, 68, New Brunswick Canada. Retired since 2022. I remember when my mom was in her 50's and she had said that she wanted to live to be 80. When she was in her late 70's, I told her, you should change your goal now. She did, she has chosen 100. She's 89 now.

Having a goal is great but I also like to remind myself that I’m not perfect and if I get off track that’s ok. I’m trying to be consistent with my health and weight loss journey.👍 I’m sure you will succeed James.😃

I watched a video of a Japanese man who was 100 years old and still runs his own takeaway place. He said something that I thought profound…”what is life without a dream..no matter what your age, you still have life”.
If you struggle on portion size, try carnivore. Just don’t give up. I eat carnivore and I’m often derailed by carbs ( chocolate and cake!) but I still manage to be 90% carnivore. Every time you don’t eat processed food..it’s a win for your health.

I've become a grumpy grey haired old woman but one day I will finish rewriting a book i tried to get published back in 1980! (a murder story set in the 1940's)
