1) Fire Detection and automatic reporting to Emergency response team.
2) Tracking down People who are lost in the city ( both old people and kids can get lost in a crowd or can forget their way back home very easily) --> If we can input the color of the dress and/or the height of the person and of course the approximate location(town/city etc) and approximate time of day, Tesla might be able to send us back the videos of the tracked person with corresponding timestamps.
3) Road Accident detection and automatic reporting to Emergency response.

some ideas : air quality data, weather data ( the tesla 10 meter before you can see if its raining there ) traffic jam data, accidents, road conditions ( ice on road), find ' confusing roads' ( where autopilot keeps failing and thus humans too ), wildlife data, tree health data, finding bad constructions that need repaired ( bridge vibrates too much), finding current state of neighborhoods almost to the minute. I am very sure i missed some :)
