this is the missing man formation its used to honor someone who has died it represents thaat they leave and go up

sometimes if anyone in the airforce dies 1 pilot goes down to represent the crash at his/her death

It actually means, when the jet pulls up, it means " Fly high" as the jet goes up similar to the soul, RIP to the Pilot...
