From what ive seen from looking into their dev blogs it looks entirely to be the main devs fault. Think it was sgt oki doki. Hes the only one programming the actual game. The art team has said theyve been done what im pretty sure is now over 6 months and thats because with the money they made from the game they hired more art people but they havent hired any more programmers it seems. Who knows if hes too stubborn too or if he feels hes the only one who can do it but it killed the game
