I would absolutely lose my mind if I was working on a cruise and someone came to me and complained about the weather. Like… seriously???

IF you need to bring wet wipes just put them in the trash and not the toilet.

No issue with bringing wipes or own TP as long ss placed in trash and not down toilet.

Me and my wife just returned from allure of the seas this past Friday may 17th and our favorite crew members were by far Eduardo and Aldi the head waiter and assistant waited at the American grill on deck 3! We dine with them all 4 days at 7 pm and they were awesome! They remembered me my wife, my son and his girlfriend name on day 2 and knew our drinks. We got to know about them, were they were from and even their families back home. The last night was nice with the celebtions they performed for our dining area. We even took pictures with them because of how nice and personal we got with them over the 4 days with dinner and twice for breakfast and once for lunch. My wife and son's girlfriend were actually in tears when we said goodbye Thursday night after dinner and after a few pictures with them. Those are memories we'll never forget.

My favorite crew member was a cabin attendant with the name of Wilson on MSC Grandiosa. He’s from the Philippines. He was super super nice friendly and smiling and loved to chat!

My wife and I always have great interactions with crew members. I think they have to deal with so many Karens that when they meet someone who is polite and friendly, it’s almost a surprise.

I believe once a complaint about the room is expressed to the Steward or Butler, they are required to contact Housekeeping and it is resolved from there

Everyone I encountered on Discovery Princess was outstanding (seriously!) but if I had to pick just one crew member it would have to be Danny my room steward. He was just delightful and took very good care of me and my cabin.

I definitely have a favorite crew member, he was on the Utopia of the Sea, he was from Zimbabwe. His name was Tidewa, he was so friendly & had an amazing personality & a beautiful smile. 😍
I'll always remember him. He made our cruise so much more enjoyable..

Oh man, I used to work as a casino dealer in a cruise ship and the amount of time people would complain to me and out weather or the swells in rough weather like it was our fault 🤦🏽‍♂️

We vacation on the Northern California coast every summer to get away from the heat. I grew up on the coast, so I know it’s 60 degrees and overcast most days year round for at least part of the day. My in-laws, without fail, complain about it being foggy and cold, like the weather gods are purposely making it cold and foggy.

Listen to this - at a travel agency where I work, my boss sold a cruise to a customer who experienced a clogged toilet on the ship. The customer called my boss at the travel agency to complain! He asked if the customer told the room attendant about the toilet and the customer became angry and said it’s the TRAVEL AGENT’s JOB to do that! I don’t know if you know how expensive it is to call long distance from a ship in the middle of the ocean but the customer ended up with the clogged toilet AND refused to talk to guest services or the room agent. 🙄🙄. Some people are too dumb to travel!
