IMO, Apple Music is the clear winner for the audio quality alone. The new Apple music classical app really pushes them further into the lead.

Using a good sound system, or good headphones with a dac, I listen to Apple Music Classical because of its excellent lossless quality. It really makes a difference. The Amazon app is unusable for my purposes.

To me a major advantage of Amazon is they have thee best Windows 🖥️ Music App that I have seen. So far as cross platform compatibility it really shines. Way better than Apple in that regard.

What I’m surprised that wasn’t mentioned was that even with Apple Music advantages if you have an android phone you can’t get Apple Music versus you can have an iPhone or iPad and download Amazon music so that’s why I don’t have Apple music plus I have prime membership anyways so why not use all of it

I really hope Amazon music doesn’t go anywhere. Because of you I have tune my music sync my Apple Music favorited songs to my liked songs on Amazon music. Since my car has a native Amazon music app, now my car has my Apple Music favorites on it automatically!

The only way to sort out the Amazon UI is to just create playlists ….. Apple is light years ahead ……..HOWEVER …..Amazon sounds better …and isn’t that the point of music ?

Another HOWEVER …. Let’s just take 1 track as an example …Down Under by Men At Work ….it offers it in various qualities …. Just highest would be fine
