you CANNOT turn in your old phones at a T-Mobile store. I have been told no by 2 different stores, which is SUPER frustrating as a customer. Especially when things like this video and even the T-Mobile website says that you can.

It does get confusing when you per-order in store and qualify for the $1000 discount for the z fold 5 and receive two emails one to electronically sign where there is no promotional discount shown only the full price of the phone $75 a month for 24 months but then the discount is applied when you bring in the qualified trade-in phone when you receive your new phone.

the trade-in values are garbage lowball they will give you 200. for a z fold4 when you can get over 700 to 1000.00 for the same phone elsewhere
