💪 PHASE I - STRENGTH & MUSCLE
▪️8x Double Strict Press
▪️8x Double Front Squat
▪️8x Double Hang Deadlift
▫️All exercises unbroken; with as little rest as possible in between
▫️AMSAP
▫️6 minutes per round
▫️1 minute rest in between round
▫️2 rounds total
💯PHASE II - HYBRID ENDURANCE
▪️1 minute H2H Swing
▪️1 minute Clean & Strict Press
▪️1 minute Snatch
▫️All exercises unbroken; with as little rest as possible in between
▫️Split volume equally betwen both sides for exercises 2&3
▫️CIRCUIT
▫️3 Minutes per round
▫️1 minute rest in between round
▫️2 rounds total
