I always had an idea of writing a screenplay that tells one story through out the movie and finally when one secret is revealed, an entire new story unfolds. This movie does that. I have seen many movies that confuse you with a non-linear screen play. But this movie makes you believe that you know what's happening. Every thing was so clear in the initial part of the movie. Jyoti goes to a camp. The villian gang attacks Maharaja and steals Lakshmi. Maharaja fights to catch the thieves. I was assuming it is one of those movies where Lakshmi is precious for some unknown reason and everyone is after it. Only thing i was wondering was why are they showing the attachment the villian is having with his daughter. What is the need for that. Little did i knew that it was the crux of the movie.

To me 1st scene lorry accident lo when Vijay drops that mom & daughter idol in gift shop, director shows only mom part is broken and daughter is good in that idol but when that same lorry accident scene in climax, director shows daughter part is also broken… and 2nd one obviously, when selva's blood fill in his daughter’s footprint… these 2 scenes are just cinema ….
