I'm pretty-much convinced at this stage that Ben is someone Rowan pays to help him play mind-games on his staff and gaslight them into thinking that even when Rowan couldn't be more wrong, he's also still somehow, impossibly, right.

That was genuinely terrifying. I think the way they walked backwards out of the shop with that music summoned an eldritch creature somewhere.

That was confusing but also funny, Ben is a master of being strange, Adam a master in being confuse and of course Rowan the master at siding with the customer and screwing with their emploryers head, kind of surprise to hear how different Adam the worker sounds compared to the real Adam, he sounds so meek and vulnerable.... I LOVED IT!
