In this video, we'll show you how to use a Meglio resistance band to perform wrist flexion exercises to strengthen your wrist flexors. This exercise helps you recover from an injury such as golfer’s elbow where you have a strain of the muscles down the inside of your arm. In order to create resistance to the exercise, take the band and gently loop it around your hand. We suggest using your foot to create resistance so that the band is being pulled down towards the floor. Using a slow and controlled motion, lift your wrist up towards yourself and then slowly lower the band back down and away. Repeat this action and aim to complete 10-12 repetitions.
