I had a moment like this when I had sleep paralysis once and because I like to go into depth I’m gonna tell what happened.
So the second time I had sleep paralysis there was three of me in total
You had me sleeping in my bed, another me trying to attack me, and another me trying to protect me except I saw everything from the eyes of the me trying to protect me which was really weird and then the me that was trying to attack the me sitting in bed finally succeeded at hitting me and I then preceded to wake up feeling horrible. Then I went back to sleep after throwing up and both me’s were now just looking at me in a shadowy part of my room, one was drinking lemonade and the other was reading the New York Times except it’s was in Spanish

One time I drank some chocolate milk before sleeping and I had really cool dreams that night. I kept drinking chocolate milk before bed for about a week straight and had really great dreams every night. Eventually I ran out of chocolate milk and I haven't been able to replicate it since.
