That's basically paying $500 to put batteries in a briefcase then make the batteries quadruple the size. You could get 50Ah for $100 and 1/4 the size, and 85W of solar panels for $150.
This is sad.

I have one, and I love it. Now there are some drawbacks, but for what it is, it's not bad.
I recommend that you charge it of the wall to full before you use the solar panels, and you need to use it, and charge it often. I have used it while camping in the high deserts of the south west, and in the pine barrens of east Texas. It works really well, but if you fail to charge it before you head out, the batteries might not have that great of a charge in them to start with.
The solar panels are good, but DO NOT rely on them exclusively. They will take around 7 to 13 hours of to charge the unit to full capacity.
Also as I said the unit must be charged, and discharged often to maintain the life of the unit it's self.
