That dog at 10:03 might also be having an epileptic seizure. A dog that we had when i was a kid started having those and he became aggresive towards us during the seizures. And when the seizure ended he became super happy instead, like he knew that he had become himself again.

That poor dog is suffering from an epileptic seizure. My dog has epilepsy. She had a seizure just yesterday (10/29/24). She is on 3 different medications for it.

The Appalachia video is probably one of the “wild” or “feral” humans that live in those woods. It’s more common than most people think all over the globe. And the poor dog was having a seizure, I had a dog with epilepsy and he would have episodes similar to this pup.

That second video of the mannequin w/ gold sequin dress in the storefront window, doesn't surprise me. There are stores, where they have hidden, moving security cameras in the eyes of those things.

The mannequins remind me of a Twilight Zone episode from 1960 called "The After Hours." It was about a lady who gets trapped in a dept. store after hours and and she notices the mannequins are alive. Awesome episode to anyone who hasn't seen it.

I live in Southern Ohio, and when I was young is when the silver bridge fell in Point Pleasant. A group of family members went there to see it. It's an hour drive from where I lived, and it was very sad.
