How to Delete Recently Deleted Messages on iPhone

As you know, when you delete the messages on your iPhone, it's not the end of the story. The messages are now hidden in the recently deleted folder and what you want to make sure is that you either retrieve them back or delete them permanently and that's what I'm explaining in this video.

its not the same if you delete conversations tho, hope the ones i deleted dissapear after 30 days, its over 10 gigs want that stuff gone
