INGREDIENTS
Oil (reclaimed from frying onion bhajis) 3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
tomato paste (pre-cooked to get rid of raw flavour) 5 tbsp
Mix powder 1 tsp
chilli powder to taste
garam masala 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Cream 4 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp or more
kasuri methi 1/3 tsp
precooked chicken with base gravy (check out my channel for plenty of base gravy recipes) 300g
