SEWING TECHNIQUE TUTORIAL – Learn how to match prints over seams for an elegant, seamless look!

Matching seams is something I struggled with for a long time. How do you match the fabric between pieces and still account for the seam allowances? Today I’ll show 4 different seams that you can print match on 4 different dresses. You can apply these techniques to your own sewing and elevate your skills to the next level.

• Match a centre back seam and lapped zipper featuring Simplicity 8591
• Match a centre front back seam with chevron stripes featuring Vogue 8789
• Match two waist seams with Simplicity 8534
• Match the scalloped edge of lace with Simplicity 8545
