I'm an old sewer teaching a young one. Been watching videos to refresh my memory and I've picked up some pretty clever tips myself! You are appreciated for the work you do teaching others, giving them confidence, letting them see that it's possible! Thank you so much!! When home ec left schools a lot of kids missed the opportunity to see if it's something they might enjoy and be good at. It can sure save a ton of money when it comes to mending, altering, home decor, aprons (have you priced a decent apron lately?), costumes. The list is endless! I had to learn! I was so tiny if I wanted clothing that fit and was age appropriate it had to be made by my mom or myself. I was designing and making all but bras, panties and socks by the time I was a sophomore in high school. My much-older sisters came to my closet if they had a special event. Don't do it so much anymore. I should, tho! Getting creative is a huge mood lifter for me.

Меня всегда дико удивляют подобные уроки, но когда пытаешься на изделии повторить, иногда такое г... выходит что как будто первый раз за машину села ... На кусочках все легко и просто а вот в изделие че то никто не показывает как это шьется

Вся проблема шитья потайной молнии в том, что собрать потом основу изделия после пришитой молнии очень часто точно до 1 мм очень сложно - особенно если молния вытачивается в боковой шов( где идёт скругление ткани на бедре), и потом исправлять это нужно только распарыванием = остаются дырки, а если не получиться собрать 2 половинки второй раз идеально, то по сути "бок запорот" и хорошо если юбка с достаточной свободой облегания, что бы убрать эти 2 мм в шов и перешить все по новой.
у вас на видео тоже видна кривизна строчки, которую вы быстренько перевернули))
Гораздо проще сначала сшить изделие и потом притачивать молнию. В любой ткани от драпа до шифона
