I'm not sure of the context in which you're asking this question. In this video I briefly discuss the theoretical mean of Y for a given value of X. If, say, we wish to estimate the mean of Y when X = X bar (the sample mean of the X values), then the estimated mean will be B0(hat) + B1(hat)*X bar. It turns out that this simply equals the sample mean of the Y values.
