On the older models there was this drive mode selector behind the start button where you could change drive mode . Now they removed it what i find absolutely stupid .

I just bought the 2024 XC90 Ultimate, and after a few days I still don't know which mode to choose! I charge the battery up - taking 5 hours on my home Zappi, linked to our solar panels. That gives me about 38 miles of battery power. I then drive around, say locally, (not on motorways or it high speeds), and when the 38 miles of battery power are gone - that's it! I have Hybrid mode selected. When the salesman gave me a test drive, he said when we got back: "As you can see, we have more miles left on battery power than when we started." I was impressed. But that doesn't happen when I drive about for real. Is that all there is to Hybrid mode? Five hours to charge, and a small amount of driving, then empty again?!?!
