Ukraine war: Russia says it captured German tanks in Zaporizhzhia

Russia says its troops on Saturday captured several Ukrainian armoured vehicles and tanks while repelling a counter-offensive in Zaporizhzhia.
Footage released by the Russian Defence Ministry shows Russian forces inspecting a German-made Leopard tank and two US Bradley infantry vehicles.
These were part of a military aid to Kyiv ahead of its counter-offensive against Russian troops.

Earlier in the war, some people were saying Russian tanks were worthless, so many destroyed. It is the same for Leopards, Challenger, Abrams.. all tanks can be destroyed. Even with a cheap Lancet drone. Eventually, tanks will be obsolete, just like manned attack aircraft

Ukraine failed counteroffensive. Lets call it for what it is. Zelensky the clown decided to attack the heaviest and most fortified part of Russia's defense line and failed.

If this was a probing attack the Ukrainians wouldn't have lost so much infantry fighting vehicles, APCs, tanks and mine sweepers in 2 days.

Great chance for Russian engineers to take the tank apart and learn some of the cutting edge Western technologies. Also, parading the tank across city squares or exhibiting it in a museum would have a great PR effect to showcase the strength of Russian military.
