First off, shout out to our friend Wade! I've done some excellent ribeyes because of his generosity! These look excellent brothers! Melt in your mouth meat candy... I like the idea of the honey (you know my signature sauce 😉) but it depends on the sugar content of the BBQ sauce. Awesome as always, and griddle on!

Now I'm going to walk around like a zombie and repeat "meat candy" until I can get my mouth on some of those pork belly burnt ends. I really need to get smoker soon. Unfortunately I need to redo my bathroom because of a pipe leaked and it completely destroyed it. So yeah, maybe next year. I was hoping to get one this summer, ack! The patio extension will have to wait too. Anywayz, enough first world problems. Man those looked delish. I was just thinking before watching your video that I was a bit thirsty and had a dry mouth... you guys solved the problem, lol! Smoke On!

The thing about smoking is the constant pursuit of perfection ala Nirvana. Smoke low temp or hi, wrap or no wrap, what rub, etc etc etc. PS...honey is great on wrapped smoked ribs....
