Nightmare of a process. Accounts paused with no warning, several days to evaluate submissions, and they're often declined with no detail as to why. The questionnaire mixes up who is being referred to, the business, the agency, or the individual completing. Then you try again with the same info and it works.

No Proper support for verification was assigned. Different support team had different views. My business is unregistered Individual for Travel and I had submitted multiple times the BOV as per support team, they asked not to submit any document. So I followed the same but it got rejected, now it is paused from last 1 month. Multiple attempt were done with Pancard & DL but not got success. So please help us to understand the exact document to be submitted for Individual. so that we can resume our campaigns. Even our friend is also having issues. Please support us.

We have been trying to help UK-based SOLE traders and have to say your process is a nightmare.

It could be so easy to fix if only you'd reinstate telephone support. I've had multiple clients trying to verify their campaigns only to be told they haven't provided adequate documentation. But not all Sole Traders in the UK require certification. It very much depends on the type of work you do.

You are preventing small companies from launching and getting their businesses off the ground. Seems counterintuitive. MAKE IT EASY - as in name, address, phone number, upload your driving licence and you're done. Why can't you do this?

Bikin pusing kepala cuma ingin iklan jasa sampai harus bikin kepala mau pecah coba disederhanakan google ribuan orang dibuat pusing sama BOV padahal bayar iklan tp jadi sulit dan tak semudah sebelumnya.

BOV is not accepting Indonesian documents for completely legal company. I've tried all of the documents listed in support page one by one and also tried to merge it in single file.

The only thing I get in response is a standard message 'Not enough documentation about your identity and licensing'

Also it's absolutely impossible to get any human support. All replies to the tickets are closed without any clarification. For new tickets google just attach same links to the list of documents and also closing them.

I totaly agree that business should be verified to avoid fraud, but I think current procedure is a shame and google should consider changing this process before they get sued for discrimination by some business association or receive serious reputation impact.

Literally ZERO human support for their garbage verification. Google has made my job in advertising a complete nightmare because they forcefully stopped our ads over this nonsense. I send two of our state contracting licenses and two of our transaction invoices and they're just like "NAH THIS ISN'T ENOUGH". Absolute joke of a system.

Recently, my Google Advertising account was found to be in violation of the business Operations Verification process and required to complete advertiser verification.
I submitted it several times, but it was rejected because "there is not enough documentation to prove your identity and your permission, " but I don't know why.
Because I have submitted the copy of the company's business license and legal person ID card in my documents, and also submitted the cooperation agreement between my company and the third party related to the account operation (Successful Easy (Beijing) Information Technology Co., LTD.).

I take my Google Ads account very seriously as it is my only promotion channel and I have always tried to comply with its usage policy. I kindly ask you to assist me in clarifying the reasons and help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.
