My way to what to farm for some places (this is for a medium player that needs weapons or armour):
-Doing every 2 days bunker alfa, if you have enough to do the 2 and 3 place, do it
-Doing the farm if you need some weird weapons and modifications, you can actually do less than cariek does, just kill the fast enemies, and only kill the important savage giants, and the ravager you can unequip all your clothes except shoes, and do it even with fists, so yes
-Police station is mostly for mods, so if you need really them, clean the police station and do at least 5 waves, they aren't so hard and you can get good cards.

You can avoid getting attacked by the ravager by simply getting away from him and after you're a certain distance from him he will start running towards you and when he catches you he'll start puking immediately so there's no need to take the hits from him for him to start puking and if you're hit by the puke simply walk a bit away from him bcs he won't start puking again until you get your speed back up no matter what you do

Imo clearing Farm is worth it. 1 blueprint closer to getting amazing blueprints for either cleaver, machete or spears. Also extra chopper parts/engine parts and puppies. I usually clear it with fists as well, it takes some time but thats a huge profit since I'm playing while watching something else. A half broken glock and half a stack of bandages plus a stack of carrots and a half machete & 1-2 spears are way more than enough for me. Good loot for a low cost but a litle bit of your time
