Coronavirus outbreak: Ontario confirms 511 new COVID-19 cases, 55 deaths | FULL

Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. David Williams released the province’s latest COVID-19 numbers on Saturday, confirming that there were 511 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 17,119.

He added that there were 55 new deaths reported in the province, bringing the total fatalities attributed to the virus to 1,176.

Over 11,300 cases are considered revolved, which makes up 66.5 per cent of all confirmed cases in Ontario.

Saturday’s report marks an increase in cases of 3.1 per cent compared to the day prior, while Friday saw an increase of 2.6 per cent.

give province of Ontario back to the people of Ontario, we all got to work to keep down these issues too, for the people who are sick with this, we understand we need to take care of them and elder too. we can do both now, another country are now so end the lockdown, and ease up all the restriction , people of ontario are responsible

If they have done this amount of "Testing " last year, they would have had similar results . Stop testing and end this charade

it's strange that all you here is daily increase in numbers, while everyone stays at home pretty much even though they tout lower numbers or "curve flattening" do the math on your states total testing of your states population, usually around 2 percent, lol (funny) and take those 2 percent results and multiply it by your states total population, Florida has done a total of approx 360 thousand test, around 10 percent came back positive out of 22 million Florida residents, scary math!
