Selling a patented product for a short period of time and making a ton of money would be a good strategy only to a foreign seller, who does not have any assets in the US.

How high is possibility of getting sued ? I keep hearing that if you sell patented or copyrighted products Amazon will delete your listing or the copyright owner will ask you to take it down. But can they really sue you?
