It’s simple actually.
1) work on yourself. Work out. Any form of exercise is good.
2) try and have 2-3 side hustles income generator doesn’t matter even if you do not earn a lot
3) cut out toxic people.
4) stop drinking and smoking if you can
5) eat clean. Have a good diet. Cut out sugar and oil as much as possible.
